    no name mixed berries, 2 cup
    Apple juice, unsweetened, .5 cup
    *Lucerne Plain Fat Free Yogurt, 4 oz

Directions

you take 2 cups mixed berries frozen or fresh put it in a blender add .5 cup unsweetened apple juice and low fat yougurt of any kind and blend till smooth. i sometimes add ground flax for nore fiber
