very versatile with whatever veggies are left over. very versatile with whatever veggies are left over.

    Olive oil,leeks, red pepper, carrot, celery, red potato, chicken breast, chicken broth & milk
    seasonings pepper, cumin, paprika & chili powder


cook chicken in pan with olive oil and set aside. saute leeks, red pepper, carrot and celery until tender. add chicken and potatoes & chicken broth to dutch oven. add seasonings and simmer. until pototoes and carrots are tender. add milk and heat and serve.
