Ingredients

    Black Eyed Peas
    Green Bell Pepper
    Onion
    Garlic
    Green Onion
    Jalapeno
    Pimentos
    Ken's Light Italian Salad Dressing

Directions

Cook black-eyed peas as directed on package. Drain and add Italian dressing. Cool. Chop the rest of the ingredients and combine with peas. Refrigerate and serve cold.
