Introduction

Place a large nonstick skillit over medium-high heat. When hot, add the olive oil, then the mushrooms and garlic. Cook, stirring occasionally, untill the mushrooms are tender and excess moisture is evaporated, 6 to 8 minutes.

Add Worcestershire and pepper and cook until any additional moisture is evaporated and the mushrooms are lightly browned, 7 to 9 minutes. Season with salt and serve.

    These are absolutely amazing! I put them on top of a Boca Savory Mushroom Burger and then added a slice of reduced fat Swiss cheese... I can't wait to make it again! - 7/2/10

  • Amazing, I wanted something other than plain mushrooms and this was incredibly good. Even my husband who is very difficult to please culinary speaking loved them and asked where I got the recipie. Made alongside lamb steak and chilli cous cous. Very impressed thank you - 3/24/16
