Ingredients

    2 cans pink salmon
    1/2 cup onion, diced
    1 tsp garlic, minced
    5 baby carrots, shredded
    1.5tsp Dijon mustard
    1/2 cup bread crumbs
    1 whole egg + 1 egg white

Directions

Combine all ingredients and form patties. Spray pan with nonstick spray and cook until each side is lightly browned.
