Introduction

Skin & Remove Seed from Avacados, mash
Dice up onion, tomato & jalepano
Mine Garlic Cloves
Squeeze limes for juice
some onion powder
salt to taste

Ingredients

    5 Avacodos (skinned & pitted)
    3 Limes (squeezed)
    5 Tomatoes (diced)
    3 garlic cloves (minced)
    1 medium red onion (diced)
    1 jalepano pepper (diced) more if want more heat
    Onion powder & salt to taste

Directions

Mix all the ingredients together - and enjoy

This makes quite a lot of quacomole - -enough for 25 people at a party i would say...around 5 or 6 cups

Cut in half if want less
