    gh 1 1/4 Cup Mashed Banana
    2 Eggs
    3/4 Cup Brown Sugar
    2/3 Cup Non-Fat Yogurt (plain or vanilla)
    1/3 Cup Applesauce
    1/2 tsp Cinnamon
    1 tsp Salt
    1 tsp Baking Soda
    1/2 Cup Oat Bran
    1 Cup Golden Raisins (optional)
    1/2 Cup Diced Nuts (optional)
    Demarra Sugar
    1 Cup Whole Wheat Flour
    1 Cup 5 Grain Cereal (Bob's Red MIll)


Preheat Oven to 350

Mix first 5 ingredients (banana through applesauce) well. Add Cinnamon, Salt and Baking Soda, mix well. Add Oat Bran and Flour, stir until incorporated. Add 5 Grain Cereal (raisins &/or nuts if using) and fold in. Let the mixture sit for 30 - 60 minutes. Pour into loaf pan (we use 4 small loaf pans), sprinkle with Demarra Sugar then bake on 2nd to lowest rack for 30 minutes.
