    2 C Wheat bran
    2 tsp Baking Soda
    1/2 tsp Salt
    1/4C Molasses
    1 Cup Granulated Sugar
    3 Eggs
    1T Cinnamon
    1 tsp Nutmeg
    1 c white flour (all-purpose)
    1 Cup Whole wheat flour
    1 Cup Applesauce, unsweetened
    2 Cup 1.5% Milk
    1 T Cider Vinegar


Mix all ingredients and pour into greased muffin trays. Bake at 325 (F) for 15 min. Makes about 30 muffins.
