Introduction

Ingredients

    2 lbs 96% Lean Ground Beef-cooked and drained
    1/2 TBSP EVOO
    2 cans Kidney beans-drained
    2 cans Pinto beans-drained
    1 cup chopped onion and bell pepper
    2 lg cans crushed tomatoes
    1 can Rotel Tomatoes
    Chili powder and garlic to taste

Directions

Brown beef in EVOO. Dump everything into crockpot and cook on high for approx. 8 hrs.

Makes approx 18-1cup servings.
