Introduction

A mild low fat Chowder A mild low fat Chowder
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    3 flounder filets - shredded
    3 cups potatos cooked and cubed
    1/4 cup chopped onions
    1 can of Campbells low sodium cream of mushroom soup
    White Beans 1 1/2 cup
    4 cups water

Directions

Shred the flounder. Add the flounder, potatos, soup, ,onions and water to a crock pot or Soup pot. Puree the beans , then put back into pot. Cook uncoverd for 30 minutes at medium heat. Add more water or cornstach if need be.To make thicker puree more and place back into pot. Makes 8 1Cup servings
