    Yogurt - Mountain High Original Style Plain, 8 oz
    Apples, fresh, .5 medium (2-3/4" dia)
    Kiwi Fruit, 1 fruit without skin, large
    Dole Pineapple Tidbits 100% Pineapple juice, 1 cup
    Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 1 tbsp
    Quaker Oats 100% Natural Whole Grain oatmeal, 0.25 cup
    Vanilla Extract, .5 tsp


Chop fruit to desired bite size - Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
Makes 3 1-cup servings.
