    * *Gold Medal Whole Wheat Flour, 4 cup (remove)
    * Granulated Sugar, 1 cup (remove)
    * *sweetener, great value no calorie, 48 tsp (remove)
    * Baking Soda, 1 tsp (remove)
    * Salt, .25 tsp (remove)
    * Banana, fresh, 6 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) (remove)
    * Walnuts, 1 cup, chopped (remove)
    * Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), .75 cup (remove)
    * Country Crock, Shedd's Spread Country Crock Plus Calcium & Vitamins (Soft), 1 Tbsp, 16 serving (remove)


Using an electric mixer, mix sugar, sweetener and butter together. Add eggs and mix well. Using a spoon fold in flour, baking soda, and salt. In a separate bowl mash up 6 bananas. When all lumps are out of the bananas fold into previous mixture and add the walnuts. Mix all together. Grease 2 bread pans or one 9 x 13 pan. Pour in mixture and bake at 325 degrees for one hour.
This makes 38 servings. Enjoy!
