    1 tsp Olive Oil
    2 cups Egg Beaters
    1/8 cup grated Parmesan Cheese Reduced Fat
    1/2 cup Chopped Onions
    1/4 cup Frozen Chopped Spinach (Drained)
    1 clove garlic miced
    Pepper to Taste


Add olive oil to non stick pan, saute onions.

Mix egg beaters with pepper, grated cheese, spinach. I didn't add salt to keep the sodium down.

Mix well. Add to medium heat pan.
Scamble till done.
