    1 lb lean ground beef
    1 can pizza sauce
    1 1/2 cups low fat mozza cheese
    1 tube of refrigerated pizza dough
    1 tbsp reduced fat parmesan cheese
    8 thin slices of pepperoni, cut up.


Preheat oven to 425 F.
Cook beef, drain well.
Add sauce & pepperoni mix well, pour into round casserole dish then sprinkle with mozza cheese.
Unroll pizza dough and spread over top of beef & cheese mixture. Fit dough just inside dish, cut off any extra dough. Sprinkle top with parmesan cheese and bake until crust is browned, about 15 minutes. Remove from oven and let stand for 5 minutes.
Cut into wedges, 8 servings
