    * 2 Eggs
    * 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
    * 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground
    * 1/2 tsp Nutmeg, ground
    * 1/2 tsp Ginger, ground
    * 1/2 cup Milk, nonfat
    * 2 Tbsp Flour - Whole Wheat
    * 2 Cup Pumpkin, cooked


Pour into individual baking dishes or into one dish and bake at 350 for 45-60min -- individual/smaller dishes may take slightly less time, if all in one pie plate or other large dish, it may take longer.
