    Green beans canned - no salt added - or fresh cooked 1/4 cup- finely chopped
    Kraft non fat cheedar cheese - 1 Tablespoon
    Egg substitute - 1/2 cup
    Water paked Tuna fish - 1/2 serving
    Italian seasoning - 1/2 teaspoons


Combine ham, Green beans, Cheddar cheese, and Tuna together. Spray pan with cooking spray. After the egg substitute has begun to set put in the remaing ingredients. Fold over.
Makes 1 serving
Feta cheese can be changed for the cheddar cheese
