    Japanese Noodles, Soba, 2 oz
    Tofu, extra firm, 100 grams
    Thai Chili Sauce, 3 tbsp
    Leeks, .5 cup
    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp


Serving for one person.
Place oil in hot pan and lightly fry tofu.
Add leeks (finely shredded) and cook 1 min.
Add noodles and stir quickly until warmed through.
Add Chili Sauce, toss and serve in bowl.
