    3 pounds ground chicken breast
    2 large eggs
    1/2 cup Italian seasoned bread crums
    1/2 large red onion, finely chopped
    6 cloves garlic, finely chopped
    2 cups fresh spinach leaves, packed
    1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
    2 tablespoons McCormick Montreal Steak Seasoning


Saute red onion and garlic until softened. Add fresh spinach leaves and continue to saute until wilted. Meanwhile, mix ground chicken breast with eggs, bread crumbs, steak seasoning, olive oil, and crumbled feta cheese. After cooling for 5 minutes, add sauteed vegetables. Shape into 42 1 1/2 inch balls. Bake at 400 degrees on pan coated lightly with olive oil for 40 minutes.
