    1/2 cup lime juice
    2 Tablespoons Sweet Chili Sauce (can be found in the Asian cooking section of your grocery store)


Blend juice and sauce together. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes prior to serving.

This dressing is great over salads, as a marinade for cucumbers, tofu, and fish.
