Ingredients

    2 fresh eggs
    1 Tbs ketchup
    1/2 Tbs Olive oil
    dash block pepper

Directions

If you have a bullet you can use that to blend the eggs if you don't just use a fork to whip the eggs.

Cook over medium heat in a non-stick pan if needed add a spray of Pam. Or use 1/2 Tbs olive oil to cook the eggs in. Stirring the pan often keeping the sides and bottom from sticking. Top with ketchup.
