Introduction
This is a Fat Smash Diet Phase 1 friendly "Pizza" crust This is a Fat Smash Diet Phase 1 friendly "Pizza" crustNumber of Servings: 1
Ingredients

*Italian Seasoning, 1 tsp
*100% VIRGIN OLIVE OIL SPRAY, 1 serving
*Beans, Garbanzo low sodium, 1/3 cup
*Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 tsp
*Egg Beaters 100% liquid egg white, 1 tbsp
*Oat Flour-1/2 cup
*MORTON Sea Salt, Fine Salt, 0.25 tsp
*Baking Powder, .50 tsp
Preheat Oven to 400 degrees. Prepare pizza pan by spraying with olive oil spray.
Directions
Mix all together in blender until it forms a dough like consistancy. If needed, add water.
Press out thinly onto pan. Bake 20-30 minutes until cracked and/or browned edges. Check to make sure center is not still doughy, if needed, cover edges with foil and continue to bake until center is done.
Add a small amount of fresh tomatoe sauce (as to not sog the crust) or better,sliced tomatoes, veggies of choice, and veggie cheese or low fat/no fat mozzerella cheese.

Makes one large serving, or 2 shared.
