Introduction

Ingredients

    2 cups frozen sweet corn
    1- 15 oz can black beans drained and rinsed
    1/2 cup red onion minced
    2- tbl sppons minced garlic
    2 ripe roma tomatos chopped
    2- tbl spoons minced cilantro
    1-2 jalapeno pepper minced
    3 minced green onion
    1/2 to 1 - tsp cumin
    juice of 1 lime
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Rinse and drain beans.
Combine all ingredents.
Serve with baked tostito chips or soft flour or corn tortillas
Makes 8 - 1/2 cup servings
