I created this last Thanksgiving and it was a BIG hit! I created this last Thanksgiving and it was a BIG hit!
Number of Servings: 10



    3 servings Nilla Reduced Fat Wafers - crushed in a food processor
    1 tsp cinnamon
    12 packets truvia
    3 T Land O Lakes w/Canola oil butter - melted

    2.5 C fresh cranberries - diced
    2 oz. white chocolate chips - chopped
    10 T. fat free condensed milk

    1/4 C brown sugar
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1/2 C oats
    1/2 C. walnuts - chopped
    2 T Lan O Lakes w/canola oil butter


Preheat oven to 375.
Mix together the ingredients for the crust and press into a 10 inch springform pan. Parbake for 10 minutes.

Top baked crust with the cranberries and white chips, then pour the condensed milk over them.

Mix together the ingredients for the topping and sprinkle over the filling. Bake for 30 minutes.

Serves 10
