Number of Servings: 10


    * Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)
    * Carrots, raw, 6 medium (remove)
    * Celery, raw, 5 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) (remove)
    * *Potato, raw, 6 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) (remove)
    * *Beef - Stew Meat, 32 oz (remove)
    * *Del Monte Diced Tomatoes - No Salt Added, 1.75 cup (remove)
    * Thyme, ground, 1 tbsp (remove)
    * *beef stew seasoning 1 envelope, 1 serving (remove)
    * Water, tap, .75 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)


Chop onion and place in bottom of crock pot. Chop Carrots, celery, potatoes and place on top of onion. Place two pounds of stew meat on top of vegetables. Mix water and seasonings together and pour over all food in crock pot. Pour tomatoes on top of everything. Mix all together and cook for 8 hours or until meat is tender.
