    2 apples-stalks removed and quartered
    1 small cucumber, cut into wedges
    1 small fennel bulb, cut into wedges
    1/4 medium red cabbage sliced
    1 red pepper, deseeded and sliced

Directions

Makes two glasses

Juice all ingredients
Add Lemon Juice to taste
Mix and serve
