    Brown Sugar, 3/4 cup packed
    Pumpkin, cooked, 1 cup, mashed
    Yogurt, plain, skim milk, 1/2 cup
    Canola Oil, 1/3 cup
    liquid egg whites, 6 tbsp
    Water, 1/4 cup
    Organic All-Purpose White Flour, 1 cup
    Whole Wheat Flour, 1 cup
    Baking Soda, 1 tsp
    Salt, 1/2 tsp
    Nutmeg, ground, 1/2 tsp
    Cinnamon, ground, 1/2 tsp
    Ginger, ground, 1/2 tsp
    Walnuts, 1/2 cup, chopped
    3/4 cup raisins (optional, not included in calories)


Preheat oven to 350F. Grease 9x5x3-inch loaf pan. In large bowl combine sugar, pumpkin, yogurt, egg whites and water; blend well. Combine flours, soda, salt, nutmeg, cinnamon and ginger; stir into pumpkin mixture. Stir in raisins and nuts. Scrape into loaf pan. Bake 45 to 55 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Remove from pan; cool on rack.
