    3/8 C Safflower Oil
    5/8 C Honey
    C Molasses
    1 3/8 C Pumpkin, mashed
    2 Lg Eggs
    1 7/8 C Whole Wheat Pastry Flour
    1 t Baking Soda
    1 t Baking Powder
    3/8 t Nutmeg
    3/8 t Cloves
    t Cinnamon
    3/8 C Raisins


Cream together oil, honey, and molasses.
Beat in pumpkin and eggs
Combine dry ingredients and add to wet ingreients
Pour batter into greased pans
(18-20 cupcake or 2-9" cake)

Bake 350' 50-60 minutes
