Introduction

Ingredients

    4 C quinoa
    6 cups water
    3 C quick Oatmeal
    3 C boiling water
    1/4 C chopped Almonds
    1 C raisins
    1 c apple slices dried
    1/2 C blueberries
    1/2 C rasperries
    1/2 Tb butter
    cinnamon (optional)
    maple flavoring or vanilla (optional)

Directions

Cook the quinoa first, adding the quinoa to the 6 cups water and bringing to a boil then simmering for 14 minutes. Add 3 cups boiling water and oatmeal. Add raisins, apples and almonds. Cook for 3 minutes until everything is mixed and oatmeal is done. Add berries and flavoring. Serves at least 16.
