Great as a side dish with pork or chicken. Great as a side dish with pork or chicken.

    6 medium apples cored and sliced
    1/4 cup Splenda Brown Sugar Blend
    1/2 tsp freshly grated nutmeg
    2 tsp ground cinnamon
    1 Tbsp butter


Preheat oven to 400 dgrees F.
In medium bowl toss apples with sugar, nutmeg and cinnamon. Pour into medium baking dish lightly sprayed with butter flavored cooking spray. Dot with butter.
Bake in 400 degree oven for approx 20 minutes.
Makes 4 servings.
