Number of Servings: 8


    Ground Turkey, 2 pounds
    1 cup Oats (Oatmeal either quick or regular)
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    1/2 cup egg substitute (or 2 eggs)
    1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or favorite)
    1 cup low-fat milk
    1 tsp salt (or to taste)
    1 tbsp pepper (or to taste)
    1 tsp garlic (or to taste)
    2 tbsp A1 Steak Sauce (more if desired)


Mix all the ingredients. Seasonings can be decreased or increased according to taste. The milk absorbed into the oats help keep this meat loaf moist. Shape into a loaf in a loaf pan or in center of a 9X13 baking pan. Bake for approximately 1 hour in a 375 degree oven. Slice into equal size servings, approximately 8 to 12 slices.
