    1.5 pounds chicken breast
    8 cups water
    1 cup sliced carrots
    1/2 cup sliced celery
    1 tbsp butter
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste


Cook chicken in 8 cups boiling water. Remove chicken and dice. Cook carrots and celery in 1 tbsp. butter in a non-stick pan. add carrots and celery to water, add diced chicken to water, add salt and pepper to taste. Cook for 1 hour. Add package of egg noodles. Cook until noodles are softened.
