Ingredients

    Maple Syrup, 1 cup (remove)
Bob's Red Mill Thick Rolled Oats, 4 cup (remove)
*West Soy Low Fat Vanilla Soy Milk, 4 cup (remove)
Water, tap, 4 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)

Directions

Add water, soymilk, and oats to crock pot. Place on high and go away for several hours. Come back to a steamy pot of goodness. Turn off crockpot and mix in maple syrup. Use the real stuff, please! Don't you have enough high fructose corn syrup in your diet already???

Package into single serving bags or containers and freeze what you can't eat right away. When you want a hot breakfast (and you know you do) but don't have any time, pull one down and pop it in the microwave. Top with fruit and walnuts (not in nutritional info) for a delightful and healthy meal that takes no time at all. This travels to work with me in a glass bowl with a lid, too. It's a heck of a lot cheaper than fast food drive through and you won't be afraid to log it on Sparky!
