    1 cup whole wheat rotini
    1 TBSP flour
    1 TBSP butter
    1/2 cup skim milk
    1/4 cup reduced fat cheddar cheese
    1/4 cup Swiss cheese
    2 TBSP reduced fat parmesan cheese
    2 tsp worcestershire sauce
    2 tsp dijon mustard


Cook pasta as directed.

Melt butter and stir in flour until bubbly

Add milk, mustard, and worcestershire sauce. Stir constantly until thickened.

Add in cheeses until melted.

Add pasta and stir.

May be baked for an additional 15 minutes or eaten right away.
