    1 cup flour
    2 TBSP sugar
    2 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 egg
    1/3 cup reduced fat peanut butter
    1 cup skim milk


Mix flour, sugar, salt and baking powder in a large bowl.

Mix egg, milk, and peanut butter in another bowl.

Add wet ingredients to dry and mix lightly.

Spray skillet with Pam and pour batter onto hot skillet.

Makes 10-11 pancakes
