    1 c. Onion, Chopped
    1 c. Green Pepper Chopped
    1 T. minced Garlic
    4 c. Tomato Sauce
    1/4 c. Nutritional Yeast
    1 t. Salt
    2 T. Dried Parsley Flakes
    1 T. Soy Sauce Powder(1c soy sauce)
    2 T blackstrap Molasses
    1/2 c. Xylitol
    1/2 c. Blue Agave Syrup
    3/4 c. Lemon Juice


Saute Onion, Pepper and Garlic. Add Remaining Ingredients and simmer until thickened a bit. Pour over desired food, I use Chickettes, and bake slowly to barbecued consistency and color. Makes about 5 cups sauce and does 10 servings of barbecued food.
