    * Chicken Breast, no skin, 1 breast, bone and skin removed
    * 1 Jar Pace Enchilada Sauce
    * 4 La Banderita Whole Wheat Tortilla,
    * 1 cup Sargento Reduced Fat 4 Cheese Mexican Style
    * 1 Onion chopped
    * 1 Tomato, chopped
    * Fat Free Sour Cream
    * Romaine Lettuce, 4 leaves, chopped
    * 1 Red Bell Pepper, sliced


Mix the whole can of chicken with half the can of enchilada sauce, half the cheese, and all the onions.

Fill each tortilla with 1/4 mixture and lay in baking dish. (spray dish with pam or olive oil 1st) pour remaining sauce on top of enchiladas to cover, then add remaining cheese. Bake on 350 for about 20 mins.

Top with fat free sour cream, chopped onion, and chopped tomato on top of lettuce. Add hot sauce to taste!
