A SUPER LOW carb version of my mom's favorite chicken salad recipe! A SUPER LOW carb version of my mom's favorite chicken salad recipe!
Number of Servings: 5


    Chicken Breast, no skin, 3 breast halves, boiled, drained, cooled, & chopped
    Kraft Real Mayo, 3 tbsp or to desired consistency
    Celery, raw, .25 cup, diced
    Apples, fresh 3 tablespoons chopped
    Hard Boiled Egg, 3 large chopped
    Salt, .25 tsp to taste
    Pepper, black, to taste
    Mount Olive Bread & Butter Sugar Free Pickles , 12 chips, chopped


Boil chicken breasts in salted water (butter optional) for 15 minutes until done through. Drain & let cool. Shred or chop chicken & place in bowl. Add all other ingredients & mix together. Serve over lettuce or on a sandwich & enjoy!
