    1 can Sweet Potatoes (1 lb.) Diced
    1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
    1 Tablespoon Brown Sugar
    1/2 teaspoon Chili Powder
    1/4 teaspoon salt


In a resealable plastic bag, toss diced sweet potatoes and oil. Add remaining ingredients; toss to coat. Transfer to a greased baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 400 degrees F for 20 or 25 minutes or until potatoes are hot.

  • I made this and I did not use the chili powder or brown sugar. I used Black pepper, and used regular sugar (small amount). I added the sugar to the potatoes once the cooked. - 1/21/08
