    5 cups whole wheat flour
    1 cup white flour
    1/4 cup wheat gluten
    2 eggs
    2 cups water
    5 tsp yeast
    1/2 cup butter flavored crisco
    8 tablespoons organic blue agave


Mix 4 cups whole wheat flour, yeast, gluten, and crisco in mixer. Add 2 cups hot water, eggs, and blue agave. Mix well. Add enough flour (including white flour) one cup at a time until dough is pulling away from bowl on its own. Knead in mixer for 5-10 minutes. cover and let rise for one hour. Preheat oven to 400 degrees . Punch dough down and shape into 12 rolls. (they will be large) Let rise for 30 minutes. Bake for 15-18 minutes.
