Where I live, I can find wild blackberries in summertime. I pick lots, and this is just one way I came up with to eat them. I loved this puree over angel food cake for a low calorie dessert.     Blackberries, fresh, 1.5 cup
    Strawberries, fresh, 6 medium
    Grapes, .5 cup, seedless
    Stonyfield Organic Fat Free French Vanilla Yogurt, 6 oz
    Honey, 1.5 tbsp

Directions

blend all ingredients in a blender. chill before serving.
