    1 Spaghetti Squash (3-4 pounds)
    1 bunch swiss chard chopped (stems and leaves)
    1 package lightlife lemon pepper savory tenders
    .75 cup cottage cheese
    .75 cup fat free greek yogurt
    1tbsp olive oil
    1/2 onion sliced
    2 cloves garlic chopped
    1.5 oz parmesan cheese grated
    2 oz fontine cheese grated (for top)
    4 scallions chopped


saute onions in olive oil until translucent
Add swiss chard and garlic, saute until stalks are tender
pierce skin of spaghetti squash in many places and cook in microwave 6-10 minutes (until tender)
let sit 5 minutes before cutting open and another five before scooping out insides
spray pan with no cal cooking spray and brown the savory tenders on both sides (3-5 min over med heat per side)
Scoop out seeds of spaghetti squash and use fork to remove rest of meat in strands
Combine all ingredients except the fontina in large mixing bowl
pour into baking dish and top with fontina and a sprinkling of paprika
Bake 30-40 minutes
