    Mushrooms, fresh, 6 cup, pieces or slices
    Onions, raw, 1 medium
    Swanson Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free, 4 cup
    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    Oregano, ground, 1 tsp


Sautee onions in olive oil until they soften, add mushrooms and sautee an additional 2-5 minutes. Add the broth and oregano and bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer, partially covered for 20 minutes. Can run soup through blender if wanted to give it a creamier texture after it is finished cooking.
