    1 4oz. can low-sodium albacore Tuna in water
    2 large hard-boiled Eggs
    2 Tbsp. chopped Red Onion
    1 medium stalk Celery finely chopped
    1 cup fat free plain Greek Yogurt (I use Oikos, but you can use any fat-free plain greek yogurt)


Makes 2 servings

Boil eggs for 11 mins. Rinse tuna and place in a medium bowl along with yogurt. Chop onions, celery, and eggs then add them to tuna and yogurt. Mix well. Put it on rice crackers or whole grain bread!
