Number of Servings: 6


    1 1/2 lbs. pork roast
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. cloves
    1 tsp. thyme
    1 tsp. sage
    1/4 c. water
    6 - 8 cloves of garlic (or 6 - 8 tsp. chopped garlic)


Cut 6 - 8 slits in pork roast, approximately 1 inch in length; be careful not to cut too deep, make cuts about 1/2" deep. Stuff slits with garlic cloves or about a tsp. of chopped garlic (I like garlic, lessen the amount if you're not a fan). The combine salt, cloves, thyme, and sage. Rub the herb mixture over the pork roast. Pour water into crockpot, put in pork, and cook for 6 - 8 hours on low.
