    1 cup Cauliflower - frozen or fresh
    2 Medium Potatos - scrubed, skins on for extra Friber
    1/4 cup non-fat milk
    about 20 sprays I can't believe its not butter


Steam over a rolling boil for about 20 minutes the potatoes and cauliflower. Keep the skins on the potatoes for extra flavor and fiber. When a fork goes easlier into both transfer to a bowl and with an electric beater beat together with milk and butter spary.
