Ingredients

• 3 Tablespoons Smart Balance Light
• 1 Ounce Unsweetened Chocolate
• 1/2 Cup Egg Beaters
• 2 Tablespoons Water
• 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
• 2/3 Cup All-Purpose Flour
• 1 Cup Splenda
• 1/3 Cup Unsweetened Cocoa
• 1/2 Teaspoon Baking Powder
• 1 Tablespoon Fat-Free Milk
• 10 Werther's Soft Caramel Candies
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350°. Coat bottom of an 8-inch square baking pan with cooking spray.
2. Combine Smart Balance and chocolate in a large microwave-safe bowl. Microwave at high 1 minute, and stir until melted. Add Egg Beaters, stirring with a whisk. Stir in water and vanilla.
3. Lightly spoon flour into dry measuring cups, and level with a knife. Combine flour, Splenda, cocoa, and baking powder, and stir into chocolate mixture. Spread half of batter in bottom of prepared pan.
4. Combine milk and candies in a small microwave-safe bowl. Microwave at high 1 1/2 minutes, and stir until melted. Drizzle caramel mixture over batter in pan. Drop remaining batter by tablespoonfuls.
5. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out almost clean. Cool completely on a wire rack. Cut into 16 squares.
