    Apples, fresh, 6 large peeled and slices
    Granulated Sugar, .5 cup
    Flour, whole grain, .25 cup
    Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp
    Nutmeg, ground, .5 tbsp
    Cloves, ground, .25 tsp
    Raisins, .5 cup, packed
    Walnuts, .5 cup, chopped
    Milk, nonfat, .5 cup


mix all ingredients together in large bowl, spoon into grease cassarol, cover with foil and bake for 40-50 minutes till tender. Serve plain as a side dish, with a little ice cream for a dessert.
