Ingredients

    2 can cream of potato soup
    1
    (16oz) can veg-all mixed vegetables, drained
    2 cups cooked diced chicken
    1/2 cup non fat milk
    1/2 tsp thyme
    1/2 tsp pepper
    2 (9 inch) pie crusts - I use pillsbury
    1 egg slightly beaten - optional

Directions

combine first 6 ingredients.
spoon into prepared ie crust.
cover with top crust, crimp edges to seal.
slit top crust and brush with egg.
bake at 375 for 40 min. cool 10 minutes
