Ingredients

    Ingredients:

    * Milk, 2%, 1 cup
    * Colby Cheese( or colby jack) 4.5 cups, shredded
    * *Macaroni, enriched, 5 cup elbow shaped

Directions

Makes about 8-10 servings.
Cook the macaroni noodles according to package directions ( about 1/2 a package). When cooked and strained add the shredded cheese (reserve the 1/2 cup cheese) and milk until well mixed then sprinkle cheese over top. Put in a casserole dish and bake 30 min. in a preheated 375 oven.
