    *Flour, white, 1 cup
    Flour, whole grain, .75 cup
    Wheat bran, crude, .75 cup
    Egg, fresh, 1 extra large
    Brown Sugar, .35 cup, packed
    Molasses, .25 cup
    *Canola Oil, 2 tbsp
    Raisins, .5 cup, packed
    Apples, fresh, 1 cup, quartered or chopped
    Salt, .25 tsp
    Baking Powder, 2 tsp
    Baking Soda, 1 tsp
    Buttermilk, lowfat, 1 cup
    Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp
    Ginger, ground, .25 tsp
    Cinnimon .25 tsp


Makes 12 muffins. Yum. For cakelike texture sift the dry ingredients, except the wheat bran. pre-heat 375 cook for 20min.
